Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Pour Toi account and associated data using the steps below.

Option 1: In-app account deletion

1. Sign in to your Pour Toi account.
2. Go to Account Settings → Close Account.
3. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm deletion.

Option 2: Email request

If you cannot access your account, email privacy@pourtoi.love with your registered email or phone number and the subject line Account Deletion Request.

What gets deleted

• Profile data (name, photos, preferences).
• Messages and media tied to your account.
• Authentication data and device identifiers.

Retention exceptions

We may retain limited data where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. Any retained data is minimized and protected.
