Welcome to Pour Toi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pour Toi mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our AI Transparency Statement. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally single (or otherwise eligible to enter into a marriage) to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts of any users found to be underage.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the Services in a manner consistent with our community guidelines. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. You agree not to engage in harassment, hate speech, or any form of harmful behavior. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.
4. AI-Mediated Interactions
Our Services use artificial intelligence to facilitate matches and introductions. You acknowledge that these AI systems are tools designed to enhance safety and compatibility, but they are not infallible. For more details, please see our AI Transparency Statement.
4.1 Photo Verification
We may use automated checks to verify profile photos and detect duplicate accounts. If flagged, your photo may require review. We store a privacy-preserving template to detect duplicates.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or for any other reason.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pour Toi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
